On Kirby Squeak Squad, I figured out how to make an ice sword. 

It must be enhanced first.

The ice sword cannot be used in water, nor the fire sword.   If it could be used in water, it would probably freeze it because its made of ice.   But it can be used on water. 

Hitting the water makes it turn to ice.

The ice sword can be used on lava to cool it down.  Then you could walk on it.  Same thing with the ice power up.

How to make an ice sword

You must have a sword bubble and an ice bubble on the touch screen.

Then use the stylus to combine the two bubbles.

Click the ice sword with the sylus to use it. You'll know it when you see it.
